ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 7-10 working days to process your order (for standard orders). Expect an email invoice within 2 weeks from the date you place your order to let you know your order is on the way!
COLOURS
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items unless an error has occurred. However, in the unlikely event that an error occurs on our part (despite our utmost care in handcrafting each order), or if there is any issue with your item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are committed to resolving any concerns and will make every effort to replace the item if necessary.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at imprintplastic.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
